Embracing ESG-driven initiatives proved to be a natural development path for us, not a legal requirement. Therefore, we are pleased to have prepared a resource presenting a thoughtful approach to building an organization that fosters cross-market relationships with business partners and sets new standards in the HR services market.

The report is a branding exercise and presents FOLGA's philosophy on sustainable development. It is the first step towards comprehensive ESG reporting – In 2026, we will publish a report compliant with the VSME standard, dedicated to companies outside the statutory obligation.
