- timely settlement for hours worked on the basis of a contract for services at the rate of PLN 28.10 gross for the first month of work (regardless of the results), and piecework at later stages (on average, employees with no experience earn PLN 4 net, more experienced employees earn PLN 7-8 net);
- stable work of 8 hours a day (occasionally 10) in two shifts, accommodation filled (only bills of PLN 200-700 to pay), which is located within walking distance of the workplace (10 minutes on foot);
- or a supplement for your own accommodation in addition to the hourly rate;
- free lunch during the break;
- training in the operation of electric lift trucks with certificates.
We invite everyone to participate in the recruitment process,
- has minimal or no experience in warehouse work – you will have a whole month with a guaranteed hourly rate to learn everything, reach the appropriate level of efficiency and start working on piecework;
- communicate in Polish at a basic level – you will receive a range of words that you need to learn to work with equipment during picking;
- would like to work less and earn more – by working only 8 hours, thanks to good efficiency, you will be able to earn up to 7-8 thousand net.
