Our company's areas of activity include recruitment at various levels and areas. The International Recruitment Department specializes in the areas of LATAM and East Asia.

The Eastern Recruitment Department focuses mainly on production and warehouse workers – especially from Ukraine.

The Internal Recruitment Department recruits specialists in sales, logistics, HR and other areas, offering development opportunities and cooperation with universities.
Sales Department
The Sales Department is responsible for building and developing relationships with our clients. Employees of this department work with companies from various industries on a daily basis, offering tailored recruitment and outsourcing solutions. Thanks to our in-depth knowledge of the market and analysis of customer needs, we provide services at the highest level, supporting our partners in achieving their business goals.
Operations Department
The Operations Department is the heart of our organization, ensuring that all processes function smoothly. We coordinate activities related to employment, logistics, and HR and payroll services for employees. With precisely designed procedures and advanced technological tools, we ensure operational fluidity and timely delivery of services to both our clients and employees.

Recruitment process

Folga supports you at every stage of recruitment

We focus on transparent and clear communication, every candidate we interviewed can count on professional feedback. During the recruitment meeting, we outline a precise picture of the position and are happy to answer candidates' questions.

We recruit through multiple channels. When you apply, via the form, you will be asked to answer a few questions that are important to us. They will be related to the position you are applying for.
Your application is analyzed by the Internal Recruitment Department for compliance with the profile of the position you are applying for.
If your CV matches the job profile, our HR employee will contact you by phone to invite you to an interview at the company's headquarters.
During the interview, an HR employee and a representative of the department you are applying to are present. The interview takes place in a partnership atmosphere, questions mainly concern your experience. There will also be questions about your work and communication style, aimed at checking whether you will find your place in our organizational culture and a business case study.
The recruiter you met during the interview will call you to provide you with feedback regarding the hiring decision and any terms of cooperation.
Once you accept the offer, you become a member of our organization.
