Managing Partner of C&C Chakowski & Ciszek and lecturer in labor law at the Faculty of Management of the University of Warsaw. Co-founder of the Center for Process Outsourcing at the University of Warsaw, he was a consultant to the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy. He specializes in collective labor law and outsourcing. He is the author of numerous publications and co-author of commentaries on the Labor Code.

A legal advisor, he graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Lodz and completed the Postgraduate Studies in European Law at the University of Lodz. He has specialized in practical labor law issues for many years, supported by nearly 20 years of experience working for the National Labor Inspectorate, where, in addition to performing supervisory and control functions as a first-level administrative body, he also appeared as a public prosecutor and employee attorney before courts of first and second instance.
Honorata Sądel

She has over 27 years of experience in leading development projects for organizations across various sectors – from organizational culture transformation and strategic workshops to talent development and succession programs. She combines a practical approach with a focus on people and business outcomes. In her work, she focuses on essence, responsibility for quality, and specificity: clear goals, participant engagement, and measurable results. At the same time, she ensures that change is embracing by people – with respect, empathy, and at a healthy pace. She is a lecturer at the Gdańsk University of Technology and WSB Merito. She is a graduate of the University of Gdańsk and Gdańsk University of Technology, as well as a postgraduate student at SWPS (Positive Psychology).
