As part of our business services, we employment agency Folga offers full outsourcing of the process of delegating employees to work abroad.

Delegating employees – from recruitment to onboarding

We acquire an employee with qualifications and competencies required for a given job position – from the Polish or foreign market. We have recruitment hubs, including in South America and East Asia, as well as specialist branches, such as Folga Med, which deals with the employment of care staff. We delegate an employee to work abroad and create employment conditions applicable in the target country. We settle the service simply and conveniently – based on a VAT invoice.

A delegated employee well looked after – organisation and support

We provide appropriate remuneration for the delegated employee and legal employment, including legalization of residence and work (permits for people from outside the European Union and the European Economic Area). We organize transport and free accommodation of an appropriate standard, we provide on-site support. We prepare the employee and participate in the implementation for work. We take over HR and payroll as well as responsibility to supervisory bodies.
