    We sign an agreement regulating our cooperation and begin the service according to the arrangements. We assign a project coordinator/team of advisors to each client, who remain fully available until the order is completed.

    We recruit and employ temporary workers with the expected qualifications or predispositions – from the Polish or foreign market (including Ukraine, East Asia or Latin America). We discuss all details regarding employment with the employees.

    We delegate employees to work – according to needs, including organizing transport, accommodation of an appropriate standard, legalization of stay/employment of foreigners and full onboarding. We complete all formalities and provide support to employees.

    We settle the order – after the project is completed, the supervisor sends a report (reports the progress of the order) and documentation needed by the client to prepare the financial settlement. Based on the settlement, we issue a VAT invoice and recommend ourselves for the future.
