Process outsourcing is a form of cooperation in which the company entrusts the implementation of selected processes to an external partner, transferring full responsibility for the effective and expected execution of tasks. This responsibility includes not only recruitment, supervision and coordination of employees, but also comprehensive management of the process as a whole. The outsourcing company is responsible for achieving the assumed results, including implementing appropriate standards, optimizing the course of activities, and providing resources necessary to carry out the tasks - from tools and training to meeting all formal requirements, such as protective clothing or legal regulations. Thanks to such cooperation, the client can focus on strategic goals, maintaining full control over the project results, without the need to get involved in operational details.

    The first step is to contact our outsourcing company by filling out a form, phone or e-mail. After submitting, we respond to the inquiry, setting a convenient meeting date to discuss the details.

    Settlement of the order

    After the completion of the implementation, a detailed report is prepared summarizing the activities performed. The report is sent to the client, and the financial settlement is made on its basis. Unlike temporary work, in outsourcing, settlement is based on previously defined units of measurement related to the nature of the service, such as the number of pieces performed, weight, working time or other indicators established in the contract.

    Closing the process

    The final stage is the preparation of settlement documentation and issuing an invoice in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in the contract.
