Line operator

Scope of duties:

• Preparing the production line to start work;

• Supervising the implementation of the production plan for a given day;

• Production quality control and minimization of material losses;

• Monitoring the speed of machinery and reporting failures and irregularities to supervision;

• Ensuring compliance with hygiene and quality rules and maintaining cleanliness at workstations;

• Correct completion of line reports;

• Training new employees in production processes;

• Ongoing monitoring of compliance with occupational health and safety regulations by employees on the production line;

• Ongoing contact with plant supervision.

• Timely settlement for hours worked (rate of PLN 33.50 gross based on the contract of mandate);

• Work 8-12 hours per day, depending on current production needs;

• Work 6 days a week.

What is important to us:

• Knowledge of Polish at B1-B2 level;

• Experience in a management or leadership position in production;

• Commitment to work and ability to work in a team.
