Meat production foreman

Duties of the Foreman:

• Ongoing contact with the client;

• Training new employees in the field of occupational health and safety, quality and hygiene;

• Analysis of production plans and transfer of information to line leaders;

• Organizing staffing of the production line in accordance with the production plan and organizing employee travel to work;

• Monitoring employee attendance registration;

• Coordination of the timely launch of the production line;

• Verification and analysis of orders from the previous day;

• Control of production processes;

• Optimizing the pace of workers on the production line to maximize efficiency;

• Participating in client meetings and supporting effective cooperation;

• Selection and training of employees for machine operators;

• Analysis of work efficiency and support for supervision and employees;

• Completing reports;

• Conducting interviews with new candidates.

• On-time settlement for hours worked at the rate of PLN 36.00 gross based on the contract of mandate;

• Possibility of remuneration of up to 8,700 PLN;

• Additional payments for own accommodation in the amount of PLN 1.00 gross for each hour worked;
  
• Additional payment for own transport to work – PLN 0.40 gross for each hour worked;

• Possibility of further development within the company structures (to the position of Senior Foreman, Coordinator);

• Training, opportunity to work on machines from leading European manufacturers, as well as the possibility of delegations and work in other plants;

• Work 8-12 hours per day, depending on current production needs;

• Work 6 days a week.

What is important to us:

• Commitment to work and the feeling that we can count on you!

• Knowledge of Polish at B1 – B2 level;

• Experience as a Foreman or in team management.
