Production Operator

Scope of duties:

• Preparing the production line to start work;

• Supervising the implementation of the production plan for a given day;

• Production quality control and minimization of material losses;

• Monitoring the speed of machinery and reporting failures and irregularities to supervision;

• Ensuring compliance with hygiene and quality rules and maintaining cleanliness at workstations;

• Correct completion of line reports;

• Training new employees in production processes;

• Ongoing monitoring of compliance with occupational health and safety regulations by employees on the production line;

• Ongoing contact with plant supervision.

• Timely settlements for hours worked (rate PLN 34.50 gross based on a contract of mandate);

• Possibility of remuneration up to PLN 7,600 gross;

• Additional payment for own transport to work – PLN 0.40 gross for each hour worked;

• Work 8-12 hours a day, depending on current production needs;

• Work 6 days a week.

What is important to us:

• Knowledge of Polish at B1–B2 level or English/Spanish;

• Experience in a management or production leadership position;

• Commitment to work and ability to work in a team.
