- Work starts 1-15th of the month: 100% fees + 100% advance payments

Flexee advance payment system
Employees have the opportunity to receive part of the funds they have already earned via the Flexee mobile application, without having to agree on this with the HR department or coordinators.
After working for a few days, you gain access to the advance payment in the Flexee application (after your employer grants you access).
How to activate the application
- Your employer gives you access to Flexee.
- You receive an SMS with a link to download the application.
- You install the application and complete registration by confirming your details.
After activation, you choose the advance amount yourself in the app and approve the withdrawal.
Depending on the number of days worked, the advance payment may range from 100 to 1000 PLN.
Important: Advance payments are only available outside of the billing period. During the billing period (approximately between the 1st and 15th of each month), this option is temporarily disabled in the app. Once billing is complete, access to advance payments will be restored.
From the second month: maximum advance payment available is PLN 1,000
Commission: 5% from the advance payment amount
Advance payments available throughout the month, blocking during the salary settlement period
