THIS REPORT IS THE FIRST STUDY OF ITS TYPE, FOCUSING ON THE ANALYSIS OF BELIEFS AND STEREOTYPES REGARDING WORK IN POLAND that Latinos have before leaving for Poland and their actual experiences after taking up employment in our country. The results of the study enable a comparison of employees’ expectations before migration with their actual observations after starting work in Poland.

With the dynamic growth of economic emigration from Latin America to Poland, we increasingly ask ourselves questions:
