    • Participant – a natural person indicated by the Buyer as entitled to participate in the Conference; the Buyer may also be a Participant;
    • Consumer – a natural person concluding a contract with the Organizer not directly related to his or her business or professional activity;

  7. The provisions of the Regulations regarding Consumer rights also apply to the Entrepreneur with consumer rights to the extent resulting from mandatory legal provisions.

II. Participation in the Conference

  1. The Conference will be held simultaneously in person (at the location indicated in point 2) and online via a live broadcast of the Conference proceedings. Participants choose their participation during registration by purchasing the appropriate ticket type: in person or online.
  2. Access to the online broadcast is via a personalized link sent by the Organizer to the email address provided during registration, no later than 24 hours before the Conference. The link and login details are assigned to a single Participant and cannot be shared with third parties. The Organizer reserves the right to block access if it is determined that more than one person is using the same access.
  3. Online participation requires internet access with sufficient bandwidth to receive the video broadcast, a device with a current web browser, and sound support. The Participant is responsible for providing hardware, software, and a connection that meets these requirements, as well as for covering related costs. The Organizer is not responsible for any inability to participate in the broadcast due to reasons attributable to the Participant, in particular a failure to meet technical requirements or a failure of the Participant's equipment or internet connection.
  4. The online broadcast and its content, including speakers' speeches, presentations, and materials, are subject to legal protection and are subject to the rights of the Organizer or third parties. Recording, reproduction, public disclosure, or distribution of the broadcast or any portion thereof without the prior written consent of the Organizer is prohibited.
  5. The Conference participation agreement is concluded between the Organizer and the Buyer. The Organizer's service is provided to the Participant designated by the Buyer.
  6. The information posted on the Conference website constitutes an invitation to enter into a contract. The submission and payment of an order by the Buyer constitutes an offer to enter into a contract under the terms and conditions specified in the Regulations.
  7. The contract is concluded when the Organizer sends confirmation of order acceptance to the Buyer's email address. Mere confirmation of payment by the payment provider does not constitute confirmation of order acceptance by the Organizer.
  8. The organizer is entitled to refuse to accept the order if:
    • The Participant does not meet the conditions of participation specified in point 4 of the Regulations;
    • the number of available places or accesses has been exhausted;
    • the form contains incomplete, incorrect or incomplete data that prevents the identification of the Buyer or Participant;
    • the full price has not been paid;
    • accepting the order would be contrary to the law, safety rules or conditions set out in the Regulations.
      In the event of refusal to accept a paid order, the Organizer shall refund the entire amount received to the Buyer, using the same payment method, within 7 days from the date of refusal.
  9. For on-site Tickets, participation in the Conference requires proof of identity or presentation of the Ticket upon registration at the Conference venue. For online Tickets, participation is via a personalized access link.
  10. Admission to the Conference for minors is only permitted under the supervision of an adult or with the written consent of a legal guardian. The Organizer's representative may request a photo ID to verify the Participant's age. Guardians of minors are responsible for the safety of their children and for any damage they cause.
  11. The Participant is obliged to retain the ID issued during registration until leaving the Conference.

III. Conference Tickets

  1. Tickets for the Conference are personal.
  2. The ticket price list is available on the website https://folga.com.pl/folga-leader-business-camp/.
  3. In order to purchase a Ticket, the Buyer:
    • selects the type and number of Tickets;
    • completes the order form;
    • confirms that he/she has read the Regulations and accepts their content;
    • places an order using the button marked "Buy and pay" or another equivalent wording clearly indicating the obligation to pay;
    • makes payments via the payment operator Przelewy24.
  4. The online ticket entitles you only to participate in the Conference via online broadcast and does not entitle you to admission to the Conference on-site.
  5. The payment processor is Przelewy24. The payment processor is not a party to the Conference participation agreement. The Organizer is responsible for the sale of Tickets, the execution of the agreement, and any refunds due to the Buyer.
  6. After concluding the contract, the Organizer will send the Buyer an order confirmation, a Ticket or information on how to obtain it, and the Terms and Conditions to the email address provided. The Terms and Conditions include information regarding the right to withdraw from the contract and a sample withdrawal form, if the Buyer has such a right.
  7. The equivalent of the Organizer’s service (participation in the Conference) is the price, i.e. the amount that the Participant undertakes to pay within the time limit specified in the Agreement.
  8. Subject to mandatory legal provisions, Tickets are not subject to contractual refunds. After the expiry or loss of the statutory right of withdrawal, voluntary cancellation, change of plans, or full or partial absence of the Participant do not constitute grounds for a refund of all or part of the price.
  9. A Buyer who is a Consumer or an Entrepreneur with consumer rights may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving any reason, subject to the exceptions provided for in the Consumer Rights Act. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send an unequivocal declaration of withdrawal to the email address provided before its expiry. konferencja@folga.com.pl or to the Organizer's registered office address. The Buyer may use the form attached to the Terms and Conditions, but this is not mandatory. The Organizer will refund all payments received from the Buyer immediately, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal notice. The refund will be made using the same payment method, unless the Buyer expressly agrees to a different method that does not incur any costs for them. If, at the Buyer's express request, the service began before the withdrawal deadline expired, and the Buyer subsequently effectively withdraws from the contract before its full performance, the Buyer is obligated to pay an amount proportional to the scope of services provided up to the time of withdrawal, provided such an obligation arises from legal provisions.
  10. If the delivery of the transmission covered by the Online Ticket is to begin before the withdrawal period expires, the Organizer will begin delivery after obtaining the Buyer's express prior consent and confirmation that the Buyer has acknowledged the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract after the Organizer has provided the service. The declaration referred to in point 25 is submitted separately from the declaration of acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and cannot be selected by default. The Organizer confirms its submission on a durable medium. The provisions of this point do not limit the Buyer's rights arising from non-delivery of the transmission or its non-compliance with the contract.
  11. The Buyer may request a change of Participant no later than three business days before the Conference. The change requires confirmation from the Organizer and compliance with the participation requirements by the new Participant. In particularly justified cases, the Organizer may agree to credit the price towards another event. This decision is individual and voluntary and does not impose any obligation to apply this solution in other cases.

IV. Conference Program

  1. The Conference Programme is available on the website: https://folga.com.pl/folga-leader-business-camp/
  2. The Organizer may make changes to the Conference program for organizational, technical, legal, safety, illness, or unavailability reasons, or other circumstances that could not have been reasonably foreseen. Changing the order or timing of presentations, changing the room within the same venue, changing the broadcast platform, or replacing a speaker with another speaker with comparable qualifications and a similar topic does not constitute a material amendment to the contract if it does not significantly reduce the scope or value of the Conference, and does not constitute grounds for a refund.

V. Order and safety rules

  1. Participation in the Conference is voluntary.
  2. The Regulations are made available to the Buyer prior to concluding the contract, and acceptance occurs when placing the order. Buyers purchasing a Ticket for another person are obligated to provide the Regulations to the Participant. Entering the Conference grounds constitutes confirmation that the Participant has read the Regulations and undertakes to comply with the order and safety rules contained therein.
  3. Entering the Conference premises constitutes acceptance of the Regulations in their entirety – also by persons who have not previously expressed their consent (e.g. when filling out the registration form or paying for the ticket).
  4. While participating in the Conference, the Participant is obliged to follow the comments and recommendations of the Organizer's representatives.
  5. Smoking, bringing in and consuming food and drinks, as well as bringing animals into the Conference area are strictly prohibited.
  6. Persons whose appearance or behavior indicates that they are under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other intoxicating substances will not be admitted to the Conference.
  7. If it is justified by safety, facility requirements or the nature of the luggage being brought, the Participant may be obliged by the Organizer's services to leave a handbag, backpack or other luggage in deposit.
  8. If there is a reasonable suspicion of prohibited items being brought, the Organizer or a person acting on their behalf may request the voluntary disclosure of the contents of baggage. Refusal may result in denial of entry or a request to leave the Conference, without the right to a refund, if the request was justified by security reasons. Security staff may only exercise their powers arising from applicable law. An individual may be apprehended and handed over to the police only in cases specified by law. The Organizer is authorized to immediately call the police or other appropriate authorities.
  9. It is prohibited to bring dangerous items and substances to the Conference, in particular knives, bladed weapons, firearms, ammunition, explosives, pyrotechnics or fire hazards, telescopic batons and other similar items.

VI. Personal data and image

  2. The Conference may be photographed and audiovisually recorded by the Organizer for documentation, reporting and promotional purposes related to the organization of the Conference and the activities of the Organizer.
  3. The Organizer may distribute a Participant's image without separate consent if the Participant constitutes only a detail of a larger whole, such as a gathering, a group of participants, a view of a room, or a public event. Distribution of a recognizable, individual image of a Participant in promotional materials, unless a statutory exception applies, is based on separate, voluntary consent. Failure to provide consent does not affect the Participant's ability to participate in the Conference.
  4. The consent referred to above reads: "I consent to the recording and dissemination of my image during the FOLGA Leader Business Camp Fall Edition 2026 Conference, including in the form of photos and recordings taken during the Conference, in the Organizer's reporting and promotional materials, in particular on the Organizer's website and social media, without territorial restrictions, for a period of 5 years. I know that I can withdraw my consent at any time. The principles of personal data processing are described in the Privacy Policy."„
  5. The principles of processing Participants' personal data, including data related to participation in the Conference and image, are described in the Organizer's Privacy Policy available on the Organizer's website.
  6. The consent referred to in point 41 includes the right of the Organizer or other entities acting on behalf of the Organizer to use the Participant's image, including reproduction by all techniques, distribution and publication in electronic media and the Organizer's social media or on the Organizer's website in materials covering reports from the Conference.
  7. The personal data of Participants are processed for the purpose of organizing and implementing the Conference pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of the GDPR and for the purpose of marketing the Organizer's own products and services pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR as a legitimate interest of the controller and for the purpose of fulfilling tax, accounting and other legal obligations pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter c of the GDPR.
  8. The processing of the Participant's personal data for the purpose of conducting marketing activities beyond the legitimate interest of the Organizer is based on the separate, voluntary consent of the Participant, which may be withdrawn at any time.
  9. The Organizer informs that consents regarding personal data may be withdrawn at any time, and the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing based on it before its withdrawal.
  10. Data may be transferred to entities handling payments, transmission, registration, IT infrastructure, Conference facility, photography and recording, accounting or legal services – only to the extent necessary to perform the tasks entrusted to them and in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

VII. Organizational changes of the Conference

  1. In the event of the introduction of restrictions binding the Organizer, resulting in the possibility of on-site participation of fewer people than originally assumed, priority of participation in the Conference shall be given to Participants whose applications were confirmed by the Organizer first.
  2. The Organizer may change the date, place or form of the Conference or cancel it if its conduct becomes impossible or excessively difficult due to force majeure, decision of the authorities, security threat, unavailability of the facility, significant infrastructure failure or other circumstances for which the Organizer is not responsible.
  3. In the event of a Conference cancellation, the Organizer will refund the Ticket price to the Purchaser. If the cancellation is for reasons beyond the Organizer's control, the Organizer is not liable for any damages or additional costs incurred by the Purchaser or Participant, in particular the costs of travel, accommodation, or services purchased from third parties, subject to mandatory provisions of law.

  6. The Organizer is not responsible for any problems resulting from the device, software, settings, internet connection or other circumstances attributable to the Participant.
  7. If the transmission fails or there is a significant discrepancy with the contract that cannot be remedied within a reasonable time, the Buyer has the rights provided for in mandatory provisions, including an appropriate price reduction or withdrawal from the contract. Providing the recording may only resolve the issue if it meets the characteristics of the agreed service or the Buyer accepts such a solution.

If the User notices an error in the data they provided after confirming their order, they should contact us by email at: konferencja@folga.com.pl.
